From my research, the Pico Sure Pro Laser by Cyanosure is the best laser on the market. Your brows may turn red after laser, and if that is the case, you just need another session or two with a 532 hand-piece that can target warm colors. You will not lose your brow hair, but the laser may temporarily bleach the color out.
Having gone through eyebrow tattoo laser removal myself, it is still worth it to get your old tattoo removed :)
